Sourdough Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Olives

Ingredients:

- 8 oz sourdough pasta

- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- 1/2 cup pitted olives, sliced

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish


Instructions:

1. Cook the sourdough pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and olives to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes.

4. Toss the cooked pasta with the sun-dried tomato and olive mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
