Ingredients:
- 8 oz sourdough pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the sourdough pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with spinach and crumbled feta cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
5. Serve warm.
