Sourdough Pasta with Shrimp and Garlic

Ingredients:

- 8 oz sourdough pasta

- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp butter

- 1/4 cup white wine

- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Lemon wedges for serving


Instructions:

1. Cook the sourdough pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.

4. Pour in white wine and simmer for a few minutes.

5. Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp and garlic sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
