Ingredients:
- 8 oz sourdough pasta
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage, sliced
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the sourdough pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
3. Add minced garlic and chopped kale to the skillet. Cook until the kale is wilted.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with sausage, kale, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
5. Serve warm.
