Ingredients:
- 8 oz sourdough pasta
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the sourdough pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add asparagus and cook until tender-crisp.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with asparagus, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
