Ingredients:
- 8 oz sourdough pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the sourdough pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli florets and cook until tender-crisp.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with chicken, broccoli, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
5. Serve warm.
