Sourdough Mac & Cheese Nuggets


Uses: Classic Sourdough Elbow Macaroni

Ingredients

  • Cooked elbow macaroni

  • Cheddar cheese

  • Bread crumbs (panko or regular)

  • Eggs

  • Butter

Preparation

  • Mix cooked pasta with melted cheddar cheese.

  • Form into small nuggets, coat with beaten egg and bread crumbs.

  • Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or pan-fry until crispy.

  • Serve with ketchup or ranch dressing.

Crunchy, cheesy, and totally snackable!
