Radiatori with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Classic Sourdough Radiatori from Eat Better Pasta

  • Assorted mushrooms (e.g., cremini, shiitake)

  • Shallots

  • Garlic

  • Heavy cream

  • Thyme

  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Sauté shallots and garlic in butter, add mushrooms and thyme, cooking until tender. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until thickened. Mix in grated Parmesan and toss with cooked radiatori. A rich and comforting meal perfect for special occasions.
